Terms
  • Book 3 x £40 sessions and get one free payable in advance, no change, cancellation or moving of bookings once made. Limited period only.
  • A 50% deposit is required at time of booking (plus a booking fee of £1.50). Deposits are strictly non refundable.
  • Full payment will be required on the £40 (special offer) sessions at the time of booking (no refund/exchange/movement/cancellation on special offers).
  • We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage of your equipment on the premises, even whilst in storage.
  • Cancellation time is 72 hours. If you have moved the booking you  forfeit the right to the 72 hour cancellation time and session must be paid for in full.
  • Non attendance of a booking without cancellation within the listed terms will result in full payment being charged by credit / debit card.
  • All time is counted back from the start time of your rehearsal.
  • If you cancel at or after the cancellation period, we will charge the full cost of the rehearsal booked.
  • When you are cancelling, you must ensure that you speak to member of staff and obtain a cancellation number.
  • We do not accept cancellations by email or answerphone.
  • Your cancellation number is a record of the telephone call and your proof that the cancellation was made, so keep it safe.
  • Bookings can only be changed once.
  • Specials (eg weekend £40) can not be moved or cancelled.
  • Daytime sessions cannot be moved or cancelled.
  • We reserve the right to change any studio booked without prior notification.
  • No alcohol to be bought into the studios.

PHOTO SHOOTS AND FILMING IN ROOZ STUDIOS MUST BE ARRANGED IN ADVANCE. A WRITTEN AGREEMENT WILL BE ISSUED OTHERWISE NO LOCATION FEE HAS BEEN AGREED AND COPYRIGHT BELONGS TO ROOZ STUDIOS.
